A continuation of the trip from Looking for a market 13-10-2026<\/a>. Market checked, deals done – time to look around the Glasshollow area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

East of Glasshollow I came across an interesting building – the Caer A'muirehen deed. Mighty towered walls, a huge arched gate and a ramp leading up, with a full moon hanging over it all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inside Caer A'muirehen there was a well – at last I could refill my water supply, which had run out long ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next to the well – fire-breathing dragons on pedestals and a row of gravestones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A view of the whole thing from a rock inside the deed – the owner thinks big. Massive keeps, walls running deep into the valley and a dark tower crowned with spikes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Freshly dug earth shows that something is going on here – worth coming back in a while to see how the build develops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Massive terraforming – the hillside cut into vertical earth walls, with stone and brick walls built into the dig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From above, on horseback: the buildings step down the slope in terraces, and below an arched stone bridge spans the dig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After leaving the deed, a view from below – a sheer cliff with Caer A'muirehen on top, its arched gate and rows of windows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next screenshots show what an incredible amount of work someone had to put in to reshape the land this much and dig out so much earth and stone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main road entrance – a causeway leads right up to the gate, and two huge eyes stare at me from the facade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I also took a look into the cave under the fortress – a brick-lined tunnel with blue flames along the road and a horse statue further in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exploring further – Piramide Bridge. A long, straight bridge with a stone parapet and lamps, and a pointed mountain on the horizon. We will see whether there really is a pyramid ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And there is the pyramid – someone turned a whole mountain into a perfect pyramid. At night its silhouette stands out against the starry sky, with lamps glowing at its foot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Right at the wall – the whole slope is paved with stone slabs all the way up to the spire at the top. At the foot a cobbled road lined with lamps, and above the pyramid the second, turquoise moon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Climbing to the top \ud83d\ude42 Scaling the stone slabs in the rain – the spire on the summit is still far away, and the slope keeps getting steeper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I made it to the top! A stone pillar stands on a marble platform, with a wooden sign next to it: "Wherever you goes, deaths follow. The smell of blood fills the air, and you leaves a trail of corpses in his wake, you also yearns for great power, and does not rely on the help of others."<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the top of the pyramid I head back through Glasshollow to The Fortress – this time by a different route, from the north of the map.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Glasshollow from the north – anchor raised, I push off from the shore by boat. Autumn in full swing – golden leaves on the trees and in the shallow water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
