This should be quick, an 8ql map, not far from The Fortress.

My bet is it will be somewhere around here:

First guess

Probably not this way. I found something else:
[21:52:52] You can see signs of a single abandoned settlement here. Based on your knowledge of the area and small hints you can find, the settlement must have been called Welcome To Kristopia – Fabrication Mecca.

Got it:D

[21:58:41] You can see signs of a single abandoned settlement here. Based on your knowledge of the area and small hints you can find, the settlement must have been called Welcome To Kristopia – The Western Front.

The settlement was disbanded in 2015, all that’s left of it are traces of terraforming and a cedar hedge.

""

Now I need to find where the treasure is buried.

It was supposed to be quick and easy, and I’ve been digging in the bushes for another hour. This settlement is exactly here:

""

Earlier I overshot a bit to the north:/ A few steps east and here it is:

""

Next place: around The Abbys

""
The Abbys

This one is easy. I was in the area recently. At the end of the dark horizontal line there’s a tunnel entrance and the road to Daka’Taka. An interesting settlement. These guys ground down a whole mountain… Literally.

Another treasure hunt spot

Sometimes on the map you can find places built by other players where you can safely stay AFK.

""

We have the tunnel. Now those slanted rocks, and halfway along them we head NE and it should be fine.

""

Daka’Taka and their excavations.

""
Daka’Taka

Hit on the first try.

""
Checkpoint

The next one is in the area too, this time the remains of Oakheart.

""
Oakheart

It should be somewhere around here:

""

We’re heading somewhere over there:

""

First try again;)

""
The reward for the 8ql map

It’s not really worth doing these low quality maps. Unless you like riding around the map and exploring. Sometimes you come across nice places you’d probably never visit otherwise – given the size of Xanadu.

One of those places: Thule. There used to be a desert here, but it has been turned into quite a nice, large deed.

""
Thule

That’s enough for today, heading back.
